BR-INVEST was founded as a civil engineering company in 1991. The company originated neither from privatisation nor from acquisition of another construction company but it started practically \u201cfrom scratches\u201d. Since the very beginning, the company is oriented on reconstruction and refurbishing works of existing buildings and structures as well as construction of entirely new objects.<\/p>\n

BR-INVEST is also able to provide special services in reconstruction and general overhaul of buildings and curtain walls, application of thermal insulation systems, roof constructions, etc. Project works form integral part of company\u00b4s activities. During the past BR-INVEST turned into a general supplier of construction works. Until now BR-INVEST have successfully completed many different projects for all kinds of investors. As our company grew, we have managed to create a highly skilled and competent team, which is capable to fulfil all demands and wishes of our clients.<\/p>\n

Stavebn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce<\/h1>\r\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\"][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"3.11\"]\r\n\r\nStavebn\u00ed spole\u010dnost BR-INVEST spol. s r. o. byla zalo\u017eena v r. 1991. Nevznikla ani privatizac\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9ho ze stavebn\u00edch podnik\u016f, ani koup\u00ed jin\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed firmy, ale byla budov\u00e1na nov\u011b, doslova \u201eod z\u00e1klad\u016f\u201c Hlavn\u00edm kr\u00e9dem firmy od po\u010d\u00e1tku je soust\u0159edit sv\u00e9 iniciativy na \u201eklasick\u00e9\u201c pozemn\u00ed stavitelstv\u00ed a to jak na rekonstrukce a obnovy st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch objekt\u016f (v\u010detn\u011b pam\u00e1tkov\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fdch), tak na v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00fdch objekt\u016f.\r\n\r\nDo sou\u010dasnosti realizovala stavebn\u00ed spole\u010dnost BR-Invest spol. s r. o. \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu akc\u00ed. Jednalo se o bytovou a ob\u010danskou v\u00fdstavbu, realizace rodinn\u00fdch vil a domk\u016f, sana\u010dn\u00edch a zateplovac\u00edch projekt\u016f, atd.\r\n\r\nSpektrum investor\u016f, pro kter\u00e9 firma dan\u00e9 akce realizovala, tvo\u0159\u00ed soukrom\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 osoby a tuzemsk\u00e9 i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti.\r\n\r\nS v\u00fdvojem spole\u010dnosti v \u010dase do\u0161lo k utvo\u0159en\u00ed technick\u00e9ho kolektivu na vysok\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 \u00farovni, jeho\u017e spole\u010dn\u00fdm c\u00edlem je maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed spokojenost investora a \u0159emesln\u00e1 \u010distota i t\u011bch nejmen\u0161\u00edch detail\u016f ka\u017ed\u00e9 stavby.
